5 things to do before the end of summer in Las Vegas

We are never ready for summer to end. Here is a list of five things to do in Las Vegas before summer ends.

1. Catch a Blazing sunset at Red Rock Canyon

It amy be too hot for a mid-day hike, but head up to Red Rock Canyon before dusk and see the spectacular colors of the Canyon and the fading light. Gorgeous!

2. Find a pool

You may be lucky enough to have your own pool, but there are so many unique and fun pools around The Valley. With everything from Splash pads, water slides, and lazy rivers. Las Vegas knows how to keep cool.

3. Try all the ice Cream

What about a trip around The Valley to try different ice cream spots. We are personally partial to Luv-it. Yum!

4. Hike Mount Charleston

Easily 10-15 degrees cooler once you head up the mountain, Mount Charleston is a great place to get your hiking fix during the dog days of summer. There’s also great paths to take your dogs if you have a friendly pooch.

5. Find a reason to celebrate

Just because school may have started already we don’t have to let our late summer kids’ birthdays or other celebrations go by unnoticed. Throw a BBQ with your fiends or neighbors, have a pool party for Labor Day, or celebrate BIG for your anniversary.
